  2. Why has sir taken velocity as constant from the beginning of the motion? Wouldn't the particles at first accelerate due to their weight before reaching a terminal velocity??

    Ans 1 ->
    because 'poise' is a C.G.S. unit . Since 1 poise = 0.1 poisueille (S.I. Unit) .. 10^-2 poise = 10^-3 poisueille . He just converted it because all other values were given in S.I. units
